Pros
Good concept, plenty of parking for electric vehicles
Cons
Most of the people in management are related to someone higher up in the company. This would be good if they actually knew their job. However many of the "friends and family" members hired have little experience, and even less social skills. Too many manual and repetitive tasks that should be done quicker or more effectively.
