Pros
Startup. You get to be able to work on a number of different jobs in different locations. There is very little structure so that you have no idea what the strategy is or what the goals are.
Cons
Startup. Alot of politics. There were a number of layoffs. The CEO was incompetant. The problem is that you get people with a good pedigree, but who are unable to get anything done.
