Was able to implement a substantial amount of positive change without any management resistance! Implemented many process improvements policy changes and tool changes.
Cons
Old boy network prevented me from advancing and even holding onto my job! I was let go after two years mainly due to intimidation and the fear and threat from My manager of me excelling and possible taking his job in the future.
