      Pros

      Nice and expert teams to work with. Most of the products are really impactfull regarding the size of Orange. Management is trustfull for the ability of the teams to build products.

      Cons

      A bit of ridigity due to the middle management that is not always really aligned with the agile product framework. It could be challenging to align stakeholders in the complexity of this big group.
