Pros
It's a big company, pretty well set. You can learn a lot about what "corporate culture" and "company values" mean. They offer fair salaries afaik, and they don't overwork their employees.
Cons
When a team manager leaves, they tend to bring in somebody from outside the team rather than promote a team member to manager. There's a lot of interdepartmental politics going on.
