Many professional people, opportunity to share experience while working with different affiliates, easy going staff, possibility to work from home if needed - work/life balance is good.
Cons
Kind of corrupted company in terms that if there is no one to promote you there your chances are close to zero to move forward. You won't even be invited to an interview without someone pushing your CV to your future manager. The company is so huge that no one knows what other are doing and if the same project is being done by other person too or not. This creates inconvenience while working with countries, who complain that they are being pushed by different people from Orange Headquarter for the same topic. Many people are not sharing the information they have from past and even there are "fights" between departments regarding a project leadership. This complicates the work too much and creates stress sometimes.
