      company social package: mutuelle, vacation multi-functional mobility: technology, innovation, marketing, business development, operation, etc.

      Cons

      hierarchy: like all the big corporate, important decisions are passed from the above with several levels of management to make sure of the execution slow decision making: especially in an innovation-driven environment, because of the benefits and ownership of different department, people waste a lot of time to do the internal alignment.

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
