Hello – thank you for your review. Nespresso USA is growing quickly so there is always excitement in the air. We are working on a multitude of projects and engaged in many cross-functional interactions. It is our customer and employees that make our everyday work environment pleasant, interesting and rewarding. We continuously strive to improve our ways of working, by challenging the status-quo and remaining open-minded to opportunities and enhancements. Early this year, we introduced a new initiative called Goal Alignment to better align our objectives through an operational plan.
