Poor work hours, Rota never done fairly also rubbish Rota planning and very last minute so you can never plan your life, Ridiculous KPIs so you can never get a decent bonus. Cowboy managers recruited, who have no experience or people skills, cannot even manage a person or team. Senior coffee specialists only promoted solely based on favouritism. Staff over worked and bullied/pressured to quit. Managers only care about unrealistic targets and you mean nothing to them unless your a favourite then you can get away with anything you fancy.
