Hi and thank you! We greatly appreciate your 5+ years of service with the company. We agree with you, people are our biggest asset. Our leaders help us get faster and more agile and empower our employees. Several initiatives such as Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE), the Operational Monthly Plan (OMP), Delight are also helping us make decisions quicker, innovate faster and be better aligned. I admit that there are a few glitches along the way as we grow and face changes, but nothing we can’t fix. As we learn together, we are getting better.
