Pros
Great discount, great environment, good training, fun workplace. Loved my time at Lush and was sad when my Christmas Temp contract ended, mostly over losing the discount and my colleagues.
Cons
Clique-y management, favouritism for certain members of staff. Often found the core staff being dismissive of the temporary staff. When I left, the feedback was very poor too. Would rather honest as opposed to making excuses.
