      People are great and the environment is similar.

      Cons

      It was build by people who doesn't know about engineering in automatization and mechanics.. The structure, organisation and the assistance are not good for now but I believe it might with time be better.

      Pros

      Super friendly team and staff. I have even connected with interns outside of my position and made great friends from this internship. You get to participate in numerous events and listen to guest speakers. Highly recommend this internship program!

      Cons

      My position was remote. While being at home is a plus, it can be challenging to connect with your manager or mentor since they have their own busy schedules.

      Remote-ish, which I love if I go out of state I don’t have to take time off. Management is outstanding.

      The promotion road map is confusing and typically not brought up unless you ask
