      Great company to work for! have been with them for 15 years. Great culture. Great Pay. Great benefits. Lots of different opportunities

      Cons

      As with any big size corporation red tape and politics can get in the way and burn out some of the smarter folks. In some areas turn over rate can be higher, specially at the lower levels L3 and below. But this is not any different than any other big size company

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
