Not a positive experience - Field Engineer Legrand Employee Review

Everything starts at the top. The Legrand USA is all talk and no substance, just looks out for himself. High turn over of managers. I had 6 managers in 3 years, which did not allow for an employee to make a career path within Legrand. Their wired product line is the only solid product. Legrand’s wireless product is filled with many flaws and failures, too many to list here. The company is on the far left, near the extreme left of “woke.” Treat others, how you’d like to be treated. Just do that, and DO your job. That’s what the employees want in an employer, and expect from their fellow employees, NOT something mandated by management.
