      Pros

      Working hours. Anyone can approach top management.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor control, employee politics. Division specific different ERP, policies and practices. Lot of time goes in consolidation. Most of the staff is not qualified and doesn't understand data requirement. Less salary. Poor appraisals. Only top managements gets good hike. Lot of work duplication. Poor finance team.

      Very nice company, no overtime, very open about letting you network and experience what different fields do.

      Cons

      Kinda slow at times, you might not always have work to do as an intern.
