Pros
Lots of pipeline work and big projects that are going to take a lot longer to complete than originally envisaged.
Cons
Staff are spread too thin, relaying on outdated software and management systems maintained by "young gun" executives who manipulate the facts that are being reported at board level through accruals and hidden bunce pots to make it seem like they are performing well. A major shift by the core senior team away from LOR 4-5 years ago to a competitor has left a very shallow pool that cannot meet the needs of the business, hence why LOR are constantly having to find new ways of value engineering contracts to dig themselves out of the holes created by their own senior team.
