      Relaxed environment, if you can keep on top of the orders, it's an easy job.

      Cons

      Open prep and closing down can be a pain, but part of the job. Management were too focused on availability, we can't help it if many big orders come in at once and we fall behind on chicken.

      constant problems from management always having to do lazy co workers jobs because management doesn't change the work environment or try to help them
