The executive team will layoff employees just to make sure they hit their targets and get their excessive bonuses. Tenured employees are devalued so they can be underpaid. Processes are overly complex and jobs are shipped overseas making field level jobs frustrating and inefficient. High turnover due the the lack of morale at the field level.
