      Place to build wealth for your family for a couple years.

      Cons

      You'll be working with individuals who are just waiting for retirement. The more aggressive, rude leaders are being promoted. Everything is about manipulating the stock so execs get paid. Get ready for layoffs of the people who actually work with customers - three times each year.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
