      Global Company with promise if lead correctly

      Cons

      Too many self centered egotistical so call leaders. Ethics and integrity follow a very thin line. Leadership does not appreciate hard work . A big boys/girls club.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
