Pros
The people I work with at the York plant in Norman Okla. are very good team members. They will help someone, even if that person doesn't work in their dept.
Cons
The leadership team is the worst. They are very unorganized and try to pass the blame on the people on the floor. The buddy system is destroying us. They have created two separate levels of accountability. There is no team work. A horribly negative atmosphere.
