      Constant behind the scenes territory grabbing by managers, good old boy network, not able to focus on growth markets

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
