      Pros

      Excellent retirement package and great educational reimbursement.

      Cons

      Some the project doesn't last long enough and when the project end then make sure your employee who job is going to end make sure they are told ahead of time to find other employment.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
