      Good products, and a handful of good people, with sincere intentions to improve quality and build market share.

      Cons

      Spent money trying to improve the plant, driven only by efficiency, efficiency, efficiency, and were driven crazy that it actually takes people to get things done.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
