Pros

Steady job. Some very good people to work with. Could be good place to work.

Cons

Top manager over his head. Company has trouble making hiring decisions. Listings here and elsewhere are very old, even when show as 'new'. Same jobs. There was a major loss of people in Engineering over last couple years. Steady trickle out before that. The electrical department lost all 4 of it's long term engineers over a short period in the last year, leaving the manager and one new guy to do the work of 4 experienced people. HR issue as well as top management. There is NO support or help on important issues from HR. Benefits seriously severely reduced over last 3 years, since the Tyco takeover.
