Pros

Very thorough interview process so you know what you're getting into before accepting the job offer, reasonable salary, good team dynamics.

Cons

Very stressful environment so if you work well under pressure this would be a good place for you. Inadequate mentoring for entry level hires. Sometimes difficult to get things done because management is unwilling to spend at the cost centers. Work life balance is difficult to manage.
