Pros

- Good benefits - Good Leadership vision - Fair pay - Diversity in employee hiring

Cons

- The company is heading in the right direction but the lack of strong leadership in mid/high management is detrimental to the employees' efforts; support me, give me constructive criticism, direct me but don't just let me hang... You're all Leaders for a reason so go ahead, Lead by example. - Definitely seeing a high turnover in some areas: technicians/assembly workers/SOAs/Sales Managers, seeing a lack of training and effort to train or retain good talent which is sad when some of the talent is so full of potential - Lack of intercompany communication/assistance. Last time I checked, we ALL worked for the same company. - You can acquire as many companies as you want, just make sure they are all brough up to par so we're all working in synch and aiming for the same goals. - I agree with one of the other post here, I work at BE HQ and every Fall is house cleaning... - I have seen countless of people get promoted every year for all the wrong reasons. Acknowledge employees for their efforts and results, not for getting drunk with the Dept Manager... You want to keep talent, give them opportunities to grow or they will go grow elsewhere mostly when they are being overlooked due to favoritism.
