Pros

If you want growth in Sales, leadership roles, now is the time to join. They are all fired up for a roll!

Cons

Some processes could be very tedious, but once you get a handle, things are smooth. I see significant steps to fixing many process glitches

Pros

The co workers were nice.

Cons

Low salary Terrible company politics Made fake promises around h1b filing but had to get exceptions and so much follow up and stuff to get it approved. Most managers dont give a s**** about your well being at all and they dont take your side when you are working with clients. If your client is miserable then your life is also miserable. The HR is also useless and incompetent for the most part. You cant even get screens and other equipments for your work. You need to go through ten rounds of some dumb approvals and what not and then even after that its not guaranteed. All the benefits I got were because I had good relations with my manager but this shouldnt be the case. Every employee should be treated equally.
