      Pros

      If you happen to be in a good team with especially good manager, you will have a decent work experience. Good facilities for recreation.

      Cons

      If Manager is an AH you are doomed. Manager has a say in everything. He decides your career growth. Career growth is slow,now that its more layered than ever before. pay is not attractive at all if you are a loyal employee for long. Someone newly joined ( with same amt of expeience earned outside.) might be paid more than double your salary .. yeah!! disparity! People luking for onsite.. well its same everywer..

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
