Pros

Pros: 1) Place to learn and grow 2)Lot of learning platforms with study materials, playground to practice where you can learn and become an expert in an skillset 3)The world around us is disruptive and to keep pace with a dynamic environment, we need to continuously UPSKILL to stay ahead,Infosys allows and gives ample opportunity to do the same. 4)On completing certification and upskilling ,Infosys is now giving quarterly fixed and a good incentive to employees. 5)Good recreation facilities available in campuses like cricket ground ,gym,swimming pool,music room, tennis court etc.So you can enjoy all these facilities if you maintain a good work and life balance. 6)Good and quality delivery in projects are always recognized by management and the candidates are often recognized in R&R programme or given incentives 7) Infosys always tries to maintain highest quality standard in all facilities they provide to employees. 8) Health insurance and other policies are good

Cons

1) Salary correction as per market of existing employees should be done. 2) Leave policy can be corrected with addition of sick leaves.
