Pros

*some really nice people. Nothing else to add, I did feel an enormous sense of freedom and relief when I left that toxic organisation.

Cons

*extremely unprofessional behaviours in the senior partners in the UK. There is one female partner who acts as of she owned Infosys who unashamedly takes credit for the achievements of others and bullies everyone who challenge her Another senior partner has an incredibly inappropriate behaviours to women. Your performance rating will not depend on your actual performance but on your ability to build great relationships with these 2 individuals. *toxic environment with institutionalised behaviours * if you are not in the inner circle, you will get the worst engagements and will have zero support from leadership *unsupportive organisation - performance management resembles the Hunger Games *extremely political organisation. * very unprofessional HR

Pros

The co workers were nice.

Cons

Low salary Terrible company politics Made fake promises around h1b filing but had to get exceptions and so much follow up and stuff to get it approved. Most managers dont give a s**** about your well being at all and they dont take your side when you are working with clients. If your client is miserable then your life is also miserable. The HR is also useless and incompetent for the most part. You cant even get screens and other equipments for your work. You need to go through ten rounds of some dumb approvals and what not and then even after that its not guaranteed. All the benefits I got were because I had good relations with my manager but this shouldnt be the case. Every employee should be treated equally.
