      Pros

      Hugely successful business. Growing like mad. Strong appetite to invest for growth. Decent compensation, nice offices (especially the larger ones)

      Cons

      Lots of gaps and overlaps in organizations and teams. Company needs to bring in org design consulting firm and develop a set of organizing principles around the way decisions are made, and work gets done.
