Pros

No Pros as horrible place to work and cheap. No money, no budget, no respect in Pharma world as can’t compete with bigger pharma as lack of money. Would like to give a 0 star for their experience.

Cons

If you want to know how slaves used to work in ancient times than you should work for Ipsen as there is no work ethics , no working standards, no training just a big chunk of work is given to be completed in a very difficult timeline where you have to sit late nights to complete the work. If objection is shown that you cannot work like a slave for whole day and night than they will finish your contract. Been a European company don’t have any European working ethics nor standards. Lying upper managements are cheap and have no life and treat you badly as their partners do to them at home. Horrible place should stir clear as they don’t have any ethics of saving human lives but only one motto to make money and let the work force work as slaves till death. Bad upper management and lower management filled with dirty politics and disgusting and malicious behaviour. Cheap as don’t have any budget and will lie to you regarding your contract when they are hiring you, even though will have no budget to keep you paying. Third class cheap place as now moved to London while saving money for not paying those hard working slaves. Better working in a toilet as a janitor other than working in this place. All the good reviews seems to be either paid or free lunch reviews.

Pros

Ipsen continues to offer a mission‑driven environment where teams are genuinely committed to improving outcomes for patients and society, and that sense of purpose shows up in the day‑to‑day culture. Collaboration across functions is strong, and there are meaningful opportunities to contribute to strategy, development, and cross‑functional problem‑solving. We have an amazing team filled with valuable talents.

Cons

The pace of change and evolving priorities can sometimes create ambiguity, and some processes still require tighter alignment to reduce friction and improve consistency. Development pathways and communication around long‑term strategy can feel uneven depending on the team. However, Ipsen remains a place where impact, collaboration, and purpose are real strengths, with room to continue strengthening operational clarity and consistency as the organization grows, which is an achievement.

Pros

Some nice colleagues. Good perks.

Cons

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
