Pros

Pretty sure there are none

Cons

Watching us go through the "supposed" integration with a recently purchased company, it's clear that Paulson leaving didn't help. The US group is beholden to the global team and is ruled by fear. Decisions are rare and churn is eternal. Legacy Ipsen held in limbo for months, employees from Epizyme cut out of the mix. Oncology business unit is a mess - both commercial and medical. This isn't the Ipsen anyone who knows what the original Ipsen was, and it's a shame on so many levels.

Pros

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

Cons

I did not have any cons related to my experience.

Pros

Ipsen continues to offer a mission‑driven environment where teams are genuinely committed to improving outcomes for patients and society, and that sense of purpose shows up in the day‑to‑day culture. Collaboration across functions is strong, and there are meaningful opportunities to contribute to strategy, development, and cross‑functional problem‑solving. We have an amazing team filled with valuable talents.

Cons

The pace of change and evolving priorities can sometimes create ambiguity, and some processes still require tighter alignment to reduce friction and improve consistency. Development pathways and communication around long‑term strategy can feel uneven depending on the team. However, Ipsen remains a place where impact, collaboration, and purpose are real strengths, with room to continue strengthening operational clarity and consistency as the organization grows, which is an achievement.
