Pros
A great culture to work in - lovely people here, people tend to stay here for many years - it has been a long time since I've seen a culture like this one in Pharma, I've worked in some toxic places so I know a good egg when I see one. Very supportive - they place value on your mental health and well being not just a week once a year to mark off a HR exercise. Room to grow opportunities to learn and develop
Cons
There is a lot to do and timelines can be unrealistic - But HR and Mgt are aware Location is in the Centre of slough and not the easiest to get to in prime time traffic or get out of - they do offer flexible working They have a canteen but its not in use at the moment due to Covid and so there is not much option for lunch - however the company was offering free lunch for those that were coming into the office to compensate.
