Pros

Nice office, good benefits, coworkers are friendly to each other.

Cons

No planning from leadership regarding strategy and operation. If there is one in place, then management needs to communicate and share as teams can not contribute without knowing what is required from them and what is the big picture. (“We strive to be the best in class company in the world” does not help much as it is too empty. ) Changes are communicated last minute without stakeholders engagement and alignment. Due to the lack of plan and communication, time and resources are wasted on repetitive meetings with no clearly defined agenda and outcomes; individuals’ job descriptions are changing on a bi-weekly basis; people are held accountable for not delivering the extra projects that are not even within their scope of work and the extra projects are competing with the actual responsibilities. Solutions for systematic issues are to replace the employees and blame them for everything.

Pros

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

Cons

I did not have any cons related to my experience.

Pros

None, I cannot think of one pro.

Cons

The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
