Pros

Lots of great people and new senior leaders committed to shaping IPSEN into a great place to work. Nimble and able to cut through to the bottom of the butter to make decisions. Launched new renal cancer drug with incredibly challenging timelines . Belief and aspiration to achieve . Great conferences ! Some good benefits - e.g. Sports membership subsidy . Improved car scheme . Very competitive pension.

Cons

Has been a rapid turnover in recent year or 2 as some individuals felt the new IPSEN wasn't for them . Some great people have been able to move on and develop within IPSEN but succession planning to be improved to avoid gaps . Can be a bit chaotic but fun Incentive scheme not really hit the mark this year but plans in place to put it right

Thank you for taking time to review us on this site. I value your kind and encouraging words. Last year’s launch of Cabo has been a truly inspiring experience for all of us and it goes a long way towards proving how much we can achieve when we all work together. I am also sensitive to your recommendations that we need to improve our succession plans and we have ambitious plans to address these issues through the deployment of new HR tools. I'm optimistic that we are on the right track in our bid to become a leading global biotech company. Thank you for your ongoing dedication and feedback.

Pros

Ipsen continues to offer a mission‑driven environment where teams are genuinely committed to improving outcomes for patients and society, and that sense of purpose shows up in the day‑to‑day culture. Collaboration across functions is strong, and there are meaningful opportunities to contribute to strategy, development, and cross‑functional problem‑solving. We have an amazing team filled with valuable talents.

Cons

The pace of change and evolving priorities can sometimes create ambiguity, and some processes still require tighter alignment to reduce friction and improve consistency. Development pathways and communication around long‑term strategy can feel uneven depending on the team. However, Ipsen remains a place where impact, collaboration, and purpose are real strengths, with room to continue strengthening operational clarity and consistency as the organization grows, which is an achievement.

Pros

Some nice colleagues. Good perks.

Cons

High leadership turnover and lack of transparency and direction. A few toxic individuals are running the show, promoting inexperienced employees at the expense of competent ones.
