      I love the company and the people that I work with, the pay could be better but I never mind coming to work.

      Cons

      The pay is the worst thing about this job, also some customers can be rude to say the least but that comes with any retail job.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
