Pros
The company's leaders provides you great deal of flexibility and trust in leading new initiatives. Good place for young people who wants to immediately learn different sides in manufacturing business. Their development program is pretty good but you need to take the initiatives, no-one will take care of you if you sit in silence.
Cons
They keep hiring external consultant for strategy but after few years they forgot about it. Same goes when management change, they seemed to want to reinvent the wheel. Career promotions is rather unclear, no succession planning in place.
