      Pros

      Being in a union, we had great wages, plenty of overtime, business was good.

      Cons

      When business stopped, lay-offs were by seniority and the hard workers were the first ones to go. Upper management had no clue how we ran the plant.

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.

      Run down equipment and lack of effort from higher ups to fix things properly. Lots of nepotism.
