very old styled management sitting in Shaan. they ignore and cross out any new ideas. company is incurring huge losses because some old dudes in HQ are reluctant to any changes and innovations wich are more efficient and effective. Some managers have been with Hilti for more than 15 years. thus they have no idea about new trends, innovations, sofware, ideas that other companies have been imprementing. head of logistics Roland and his deputy Nicolas do not have much knowledge about logistics and methods of handling business. if u point out any problem (which is not even related to your department), you will be the one to be blamed. they both are always looking for someone to condemn.
