      None. Was lied to about how good company was when forced to move from Xerox to HCL.

      Cons

      Everything! Treat employees here in the US like dog crap. Bring lots of workers from India to replace Americans by lying for H1 Visas. They work 3 to 4 hours a day at most here and over in India. Screwing Xerox out of millions!!!
