      Pros

      If you meet the right people then you will be fine. If you are a junior do not expect help. They might have 'universities' but it isn't enough to prep you for the consulting world. These guys have the best consultants and if they give you a chance, you get to see some amazing work

      Cons

      Again, if you meet the right person, they will help you. If you do not, good luck. I have seen more people quit because of issues internally and fired for reason that I do not understand then staying. You have to come in hungry with problem solving skills (Do not let this be your first job)
