      Relatively higher pay? Chance to work at big client companies

      Cons

      Horrible manager doesn't care about you at all, will only start begging to stay when submitting resignation. Almost everyone under this specific manager quit the company. Commute expense was not paid Horrible internal teams, can't do a single reimbursement job correctly
