      Pros

      Working on epic, one-off aircraft interiors for VIP's and heads of state. Very nice team. Small company, family feel.

      Cons

      Very little growth and learning. Zero focus on training and development of the engineering workforce. Expectations are high on Day 1 of employment, and if you don't meet that high threshold, you are punished for it by being moved to different teams, and being assigned other, simpler tasks.

      Pros

      Great pay and good benefits package, they take care of you when you travel. They hire amazing people and have fun morale events both on and off the clock.

      Cons

      Siloed company sites that do not work well together within any given process. Can feel very chaotic. Higher levels of management does not back employees.
