Pros

None - Run from this company as fast as your little feet will take you. Greenpoint FAMILY is a joke. No Loyalty and very infantile in the progress from a small company to a fast growing larger entity. I loved working for the comapny when there was nothing to spend in the coffers. Atleast we knew where we stood. Only PRO I got from here is to know how the WRONG way is. Real world Corporate at my current position, is Awesome and your just playing Corporate Head Games. Duped!

Cons

Management does NOT listen to floor people , and when you speak up. Its dismissive and elitist. Management does NOT set goals for your job or the career path you want, but rather for what they want you to do even when you explain a different path or offer suggestions. When that fails they just blame whoever is close to them. No one is accountable for their actions and when in doubt ignore or attack someone else and go LEAP off a bridge. None of the different sites communicate well with other entities while the main one preaches loaylty, unity and one greenpoint. While finding ways to get rid of you - or hiring replacements then making sure to find ways to never be able to lay you off so you dont get an exit interview to explain why no one can work with your department.

Pros

Great pay and good benefits package, they take care of you when you travel. They hire amazing people and have fun morale events both on and off the clock.

Cons

Siloed company sites that do not work well together within any given process. Can feel very chaotic. Higher levels of management does not back employees.
