The company is Management heavy, there are too many managers when there is no business coming into the company. The communication within the Management team needs work; they do not talk to each other, which makes it very stressful for the employees. Favorites are also played at this business. Many people are held higher because of who they know in the company, at this company, it really is all about who you know. If you are not on their list, working at Greenpoint is very difficult. Senior Management constantly makes promise after promise to the employees, but unfortunately never delivers on their promises.
