      Working Independently, Everyone is supporting, numerous time of flying abroad - great exposure and networking

      Cons

      Once the rebranding happened, from GE to GE vernova, i was assigned to report under GE India management. Very poor leadership, not taking care of employees welfare. Many times GE india miss out my payroll of timesheet. One time i didnt receive my allowance up to 6-7 months straight.
