Pros

The owner I had made sure my cubicle was ergonomic friendly, great location to go get food and most of the coworkers were very friendly. I got to meet new people all the time and the owner also had a decent set up for the kitchen. Being on call landed you a day off the week after or you could bank it (which is nice) and you got your birthday off for free without using PTO. The medical benefits are great Fast-paced so the day goes by fast

Cons

Overwhelming amount of workload for the pay Commission rates are not that high (>1%) Constantly being told to call when you have a ton of documentation to do The documentation process is a very tedious process with a very slow ATS. Constantly staying late due to more calls, quality checks (very redundant) and last minute job orders with low pay that you have to call for. Overall the job was beyond stressful and exhausting daily Sick and PTO are 14 days tops Owner stated about sick days: "If I can work with a stroke, you can come into work sick." Which is appalling, rude and doesn't respect those that may get sick worse than others. Work/life balance was abysmal

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
