Pros

They were polite and relatively efficient in finding work, be it long term or short term assignments. Setting up direct deposit was easy and office visits were unnecessary beyond the initial interview.

Cons

No benefits. The director of the Seattle branch seemed a bit high strung and even a bit insulting. After a year of good, steady employment, suddenly went to maybe a week, then to just a couple of days and when I put my foot down and refused to accept one day assignments(because at that point, why not just do day labor?) I was told they were "letting me go" because I was "unreliable". Unreliable. After just under a year of stellar performance and rave reviews from the companies I went out on assignment for.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
